Cloud was unsure if he should feel offended, he’d fought and bested many creatures far grander than a giant turtle, mountain on it’s back or not. He simply rolls his eyes in the end, wasn’t worth the hassle when his sword could do the talking. Though, he began to wonder just briefly, why he even came along in the first place.
“I’m more scared of you accidentally shooting me than the turtle.”
❝ gently places her hand against his arm, " excuse me, " she paused, " where do you think you're going dressed like that? you'll catch a cold. " ❞

The ex-soldier is perplexed for a moment, wondering if she was messing with him. Could he even catch a cold anymore— He hadn’t had one since the experiment. Cloud swallows, suddenly painfully aware of the delicate hand that rested against his bicep. Part of him was tempted to flex a little—-
“I’ll be fine——- Or I could get a jacket, I guess.”

Cloud was so snug and warm, then it was all cold and honestly, he’d be lying if he denied the fact that he squeaked a little in surprise. It got his attention though, and he was soon turned over, wrapping his arms around the colder blond and sharing the warmth.
